Great News! The building structure of the new three ward District Hospital, Linda Clinic, in Livingstone is complete! However, we still have a long way to go…
The hospital needs to be plastered, tiled, painted, the plumbing and electricity installed as well as furnished with beds and cabinets. It’s now even more urgent to complete Linda Clinic than ever as the Livingstone General Hospital (the only hospital in Livingstone) has recently been upgraded to a provisional hospital, so is therefore now taking referrals from all over the Southern Province, which is creating immense pressure on the hospital and its staff and resources.
