Two families graduated from the 10 families nutrition programme in St. Lucia this week. The programme helps families and individuals become healthier by supplying them with the EPap nutritional supplement. Families are also given home gardens to maintain, and typically participate in local support groups.
The Zikhale family have been on the programme for just over a year and have exceeded everyone’s expectations with their dedication and determination to achieve a healthier and more positive lifestyle. Headed by a grandmother, Pendukile’s children have also had huge success as they have been on the programme for less than a year and are already graduating! Both families were delighted to receive certificates, clothing donations and a native sausage tree for all their hard work.
